La Tenuta

A vast estate owned by the Pierelli Family, located between Assisi and Gubbio, just 25 km from Perugia. An ideal place to enjoy moments of pleasant relaxation, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, immersed in the nature and tranquility of the green Umbrian hills.

Le colture

The entire estate is immersed in the greenery of the Umbrian hills and surrounded by various crops, including truffles, cherry orchards, and fruit trees. The presence of these crops allows the Pierelli family to also produce these goods, maintaining a strong connection with the tradition of these territories.”

I Parchi

The entire estate is surrounded by parks perfect for beautiful and relaxing walks. Amidst pristine nature and history, magnificent excursions can be enjoyed. It is also possible to visit the Sanctuary of Madonna dell’Olmo, dedicated to Saint Francis and Saint Clare.

Monte Luciano

Monte Luciano, an elevated private place from which you can enjoy a vast and pleasant view, where once, long ago, a castle owned by the Morici Lords of the nearby castle of Poggio Morico dominated, both destroyed by the bellicose lord of Casacastalda, Monaldo, in conflict with the sons of Morico, where it seems that the ancestors of Saint Francis are originally from Poggio Morico and according to a legend, handed down from generation to generation, it is said that Saint Francis of Assisi climbed Mount Luciano and gathered in prayer sitting on a rocky ridge, where nature reflects the image of the Creator, leaving the imprint of his foot imprinted on the stone of the ridge, miraculously softened: the “Footprint of Saint Francis of Assisi” which can still be admired in its fullness today. What remains of a votive shrine present near the ridge testifies to the sign of devotion that believers directed towards the Saint and to the intense relationship that Saint Francis had with Creation
